Breakfast: scrambled eggs, waffles with eggs, olive oil and milk in mix, choice of cereal, oatmeal, bagels, english muffics, toast coffee


Lunch: healthy, lots and delicous. Ready and served right after every ride for fast next day recovery.


Dinner: Mediterranean cuisine with meals made from scratch.

Saturday: Spaghetti in red tomato sauce with shrimp and anchovies, sweet peppers, onions and potato casserole, toasted garlic bread, multi-greens salad, red wine, coffee.

Sunday: Lasagna with meat sauce, multi-greens salad, meat balls side, toasted garlic bread, steamed broccoli, red wine, coffee.

Monday: Chicken fillets cooked in wine, pasta fagioli, multi-greens salad, toasted garlic bread, baked yams, red wine, coffee.

Tuesday: Oven baked sausage, onions and potatoes, penne in blush sauce, multi-greens salad, toasted garlic bread, red wine, coffee.

Wednesday: BBQ spare ribs and steaks with BBQ onions, zucchini and eggplant, Italian potato salad, multi-greens salad, string beans side, toasted garlic bread, red wine, coffee.

Thursday: Veal paremsan fettine with eggs, meat filled tortellini in home made tomato sauce, Italian wedding soup, baby portabello mushrooms side, toasted garlic bread, multi-greens salad, red wine, coffee.

Friday: We take you to Alabama's famous "Red's Little School House American Restaurant" authentic Southern cooking with a generous buffet and their award winning fired chicken, sweet tea and home made pies. We pay you just enjoy.


Our meal policy is all generous servings with seconds and we have fruit bowls and coffee available 24/7. There are fridges for guests.
