Daily Itinerary

Once at camp, each day follows the same basic structure involving morning rides and afternoon and evening improvement sessions. Below is a general itinerary for each day at the camp.

8:15 AM Required morning stretching
9:00 AM Country Ride or Learn to Race**
1:00 PM Post Ride Stretching
1:30 PM Lunch
2:00 PM - 5:00 PM Free Time or Bike Adjustments by Appointment
6:30 PM Dinner
7:15 PM Free Time or Optional Cycling Lessons
10:00 PM Lights Out

** An optional session held once during the week to review and practice racing skills

Note: Check out time on Saturday morning is 10:00 AM. This will require a 6:00 AM wake up to allow for a 2 hour morning ride.
